The Atomic Backland 95 Skins are ski touring skins developed to pair directly with the Atomic Backland 95 ski. They feature a PreFit cut that eliminates the need for any trimming: simply mount them and use them, with no material waste or margin for error in cutting.
Materials and Attachment Technology
The gliding surface is made from a 70% mohair blend, a composition that balances the uphill grip typical of mohair with the wear resistance guaranteed by synthetic fibers. The result is a skin that effectively grips the snowpack on ascents, even on steep slopes, while maintaining its grip performance over time. The Hotmelt Glue bonding system ensures reliable adhesion across a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions, reducing the risk of partial detachment in both cold, dry snow and high humidity.
