Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the products.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers, i.e. natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal: companies and legal entities; resellers; professionals purchasing with a VAT number for purposes related to their business; parties purchasing products intended for resale.
How to request a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must log in to their account at verticalshop.eu/account and request the return directly from the order page within 14 days of delivery.
Use the same email address you used to place your order to access your orders.
Once the request has been received and reviewed, our Customer Service will send you the instructions for returning the goods.
⚠️ Return requests submitted in any way other than through the customer account will not be processed.
Shipping deadline: the item must be shipped within 14 days of the return approval date. After this period, a refund will no longer be possible.
Return conditions
Products must be returned:
- intact and unused
- complete with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and components
- properly packed for shipping
The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer, unless otherwise communicated by Vertical Sport S.r.l. Return costs incurred by the Customer will not be refunded.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the goods, Vertical Sport S.r.l. will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products. The following are therefore excluded:
- climbing skins sold by the metre
- climbing skins cut to shape or customised by our workshop
- skis with bindings mounted or fitted by our workshop
- any other product personalised, modified or worked on at the Customer's specific request
Defective or damaged products
If the Customer receives a product that is defective, non-conforming or damaged during transport, they must contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery by writing to: info@verticalshop.eu, attaching photos of the product and the original packaging.
Returns not accepted
Vertical Sport S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that: do not comply with the procedures set out in this policy; show evident signs of use; are missing the original packaging where this is an integral part of the product; concern products excluded from the right of withdrawal.
