The Wildwire Alpine is an alpine quickdraw designed for those seeking the right balance between extreme lightness and structural strength. The Wildwire carabiners mounted on this quickdraw have been redesigned compared to the previous version: the hot-forged "I Beam" construction distributes the material's weight only where needed, reducing mass without compromising certified strength.
Construction and Materials
The carabiner profile is thinner than the previous generation, with a refined nose that makes clipping faster and more intuitive, even with gloves or in cold conditions. The 60 cm Dyneema sling is extendable, a feature that reduces fall distance and the lever effect on cams or pitons, improving anchor stability during ascent.
