The The North Face Diablo 2.0 Down Jacket is a winter hiking garment that updates a well-established silhouette with a more durable diamond ripstop construction than the previous version. The outer fabric, treated with a DWR finish, repels light rain and snow, keeping the insulation dry in typical cold trail conditions.
Insulation and cold weather protection
The thermal core is made of 700-fill power RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified recycled down, which ensures an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The horizontal baffle construction evenly distributes the insulation across the chest, back, and shoulders, preventing the cold spots typical of entry-level down jackets.
Fit and functional details
- Elasticated cuffs that block wind without requiring manual adjustments
