DESCRIPTION
The Speedcross 6 Gore-Tex is the waterproof version of one of the world's most recognizable trail running shoes. Compared to previous generations, Salomon has focused on three precise aspects: weight reduction, improved ground contact, and faster mud expulsion – three features that make a difference on technical trails in adverse conditions.
Technology and Materials
The upper features a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane, which ensures water protection without compromising the foot's thermal management, making it suitable for wet, muddy terrain and cool temperatures. The Contagrip MA outsole features 6mm deep chevron lugs, oriented to maximize traction uphill and downhill on mud and loose dirt. The Sensifit and Quick Lace lacing system ensures a precise and asymmetrical fit, with quick adjustment even with gloves.
