DESCRIPTION
The Salewa Pedroc 4 Durastretch is a mountain cargo short designed for those who tackle high altitudes at a fast pace: demanding hikes, climbing approaches, technical high-altitude trails. This updated version of the most popular model in the Pedroc line refines the fit and improves materials compared to previous generations.
Technical construction
The main fabric is a lightweight Durastretch softshell with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish: it offers an effective barrier against wind and repels water in the variable weather conditions typical of high altitudes, without penalizing breathability or freedom of movement. The softshell construction also ensures good elasticity, adapting to the wide movements required for climbing or long strides uphill.
Functional details
- Two zippered cargo pockets to securely carry maps, snacks, or small accessories without the risk of losing them while moving
- Adjustable waist to adapt the fit to winter layering or summer base layers only
