DESCRIPTION
The Pedroc 2 Durastretch are the updated version of one of SALEWA's most popular hiking shorts, designed for those who tackle mountain excursions at a fast pace and in unpredictable weather conditions. The fit is designed for the female body, with a construction that follows movement without ever hindering it.
Fabric and protection
The main panel is made of Durastretch softshell fabric, which combines four-way stretch with superior abrasion resistance compared to standard lightweight nylons. The water-repellent finish is completely PFAS-free, meaning it protects against light rain and splashes without using perfluorinated substances: a technical choice that doesn't compromise performance but reduces the garment's environmental impact. The windproof component of the softshell maintains body temperature during climbs even when the wind is strong.
Construction details
- Two invisible zip pockets, integrated to maintain the silhouette and accessible even with trail packs
- Flatlock stitching construction to eliminate irritation during long treks
- Slim fit with adjustable elastic waistband
