DESCRIPTION
The Petzl IKO is a headlamp designed for those who don't want to feel the weight on their forehead during long outings: with only 90 grams distributed between the ultra-slim front module and the battery pack moved to the rear, the center of gravity remains low and comfort remains constant even after hours of use on snow.
Technology and lighting performance
The IKO delivers a maximum power of 350 lumens, sufficient to illuminate snowy trails, ski touring tracks, and high-altitude night traverses. Intensity management is handled by Petzl's REACTIVE LIGHTING technology, which automatically adjusts the light output based on ambient brightness detected by a sensor: in dark environments, it increases intensity, in brighter environments, it reduces it, optimizing consumption and extending battery life.
Ergonomics and fit
The AIRFIT® attachment system uses an elastic mesh headband that promotes air circulation between the fabric and the head, reducing heat build-up during intense physical exertion. This solution adapts to various head sizes without complex manual adjustments. The front module remains close to the forehead thanks to a low-profile design, compatible with ski touring and climbing helmets.
