The La Sportiva Flatanger Short is named after the famous Norwegian cave of Flatanger, the scene of some of the world's most difficult first ascents and a natural laboratory where the planet's best climbers push their limits. This is no coincidence: these shorts were created with the same ambition, designed for those who tackle high-level bouldering and sport climbing.
Construction and fabric
The new generation fabric guarantees superior freedom of movement compared to previous versions, with a fit that follows every position without restricting even the most extreme movements. The perforated gusset insert in the crotch area further reduces tension in wide-spread movements, a design detail that makes all the difference on technical slab passages or rocking movements.
