DESCRIPTION

The Aequilibrium ST GTX is a technical hiking boot designed for those who navigate challenging terrain: via ferratas, high-altitude glacier traverses, and mixed terrain where stability is never a given. Its construction combines lightness and protection in a balanced way, making it suitable for both long days in the mountains and hikes on residual snow.

Construction and fit comfort

The tongue with an integrated gusset ensures a tight seal, reducing the entry of debris and water, while the soft snow gaiter on the collar completes the protection in the ankle area. The Gore-Tex membrane ensures waterproofing and breathability even in the wettest conditions, with internationally recognized certification for outdoor footwear.

Walkability and performance on the terrain

The heel is built with La Sportiva's proprietary Double Life technology, which increases durability in the area subject to greater wear and improves response during descents. The Vibram sole offers reliable grip on wet rock, compact trails, and hard snow, adapting to the sudden change of surface typical of high-altitude excursions.
