The KONG Duck is an ultra-compact emergency rope clamp designed for those who need a reliable ascender without sacrificing space and weight on the wall. Compatibility and versatility
The Duck is designed to work on single ropes with diameters between 8 and 13 mm, covering the entire range of technical climbing and mountaineering ropes. Compatibility also extends to KONG Yaku Vario and Aro Sling Tubular slings, making it a multi-functional device when working with annular systems. The large attachment hole has been sized to allow free rotation of even screw-gate carabiners, preventing unwanted twisting at the anchor point.
