CAMP developed this product based on the "SOSPESI" research program, a specific study on suspension trauma—a serious condition that can occur when hanging in a harness for prolonged periods without the ability to move. The result is a padding system designed with varying thicknesses and densities, calibrated to correctly distribute pressure across each area of the body: waist, leg loops, and back work differently to reduce critical compression points.
