DESCRIPTION
The CAMP Dyon represents a refined solution in the climbing carabiner segment, combining extreme lightness and a patented closure system that eliminates one of the historical limitations of wire gate carabiners. The body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with a profile that balances structural rigidity and weight containment.
KeyWire System and SphereLock Nose
The heart of the innovation is the KeyWire lever: unlike classic wire gates, this wire lever features an integrated insert that allows for the connection between the lever and the carabiner body without the traditional notch. The result is a smoother opening, less prone to snagging, and a reduction in the risk of accidental opening in critical situations. The SphereLock nose geometry ensures a secure closure and easy opening even with gloves or wet hands, thanks to its spherical shape which naturally guides the thumb into the correct position.
