DESCRIPTION
The Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 115 BOA W GW is the highest performing ski touring boot in Atomic's women's Hawx Ultra XTD line. It's designed for freeride skiers who want to go beyond resort boundaries without sacrificing powerful and precise skiing. With a flex index of 115, it is the stiffest model in the women's range, aimed at those seeking responsiveness on descents, even on hard-packed snow or challenging off-piste terrain.
Technologies and Construction
The fit has a 98mm last width, specifically designed for the female foot geometry. The closure incorporates the BOA® Fit System, which uses a high-strength cable to wrap the foot uniformly: the result is a precise fit, without localized pressure points, and with the possibility of micro-adjustment even with gloves on. The Prolite construction reduces overall weight while maintaining the structural rigidity necessary to transmit input for aggressive carving. The sole is GripWalk (GW) approved, compatible with both ski touring bindings and piste bindings with a dedicated plate, enhancing the versatility of the equipment.
