DESCRIPTION
The ATK Crest 8 AP BR 97mm is a ski touring binding designed for those who cover long distances uphill without compromising downhill performance. The combination of low weight and structural robustness makes it a solid choice for technical hikers who tackle variable terrain and challenging ascents.
Technologies and construction
The toe piece integrates the Easy Entry System®, a redesigned geometry that allows for quick, immediate, and secure step-in with any boot equipped with a standard tech insert, even in conditions of wet snow or ice on the sole. The heel piece is equipped with the new AP Brake System, which directly integrates the 97mm brake into the rear structure without adding dead weight to the system. The magnetic heel risers engage and release without the need to use poles, reducing transition time and simplifying management during stops at altitude.
