DESCRIPTION
The Kong Taak is a folding trekking pole designed for those who do not want to give up support while hiking but need minimal bulk in their backpack. When closed, it measures just 41 cm, a compactness that makes it ideal to take on trips, attach to a bag, or store in the side pocket of the backpack without taking up valuable space.
Construction and adjustment
The structure consists of three aluminum segments that assemble quickly thanks to a locking system: no screws to tighten, no mechanisms to calibrate. Once opened, the pole is adjustable in length from 110 to 135 cm via progressive adjustment notches, adapting to different heights and the slope of the terrain — shorter when going uphill, longer when going downhill.
Handle and grip
The handle is made of ERGO foam, a material that absorbs vibrations and reduces fatigue during longer outings. The adjustable strap allows you to adapt the lace to the hand precisely, improving control of the pole without squeezing the wrist too tightly.
