DESCRIPTION
The KONG Taak is a foldable trekking pole designed for those who want support while walking but need minimal bulk in their backpack. When folded, it measures just 41 cm, a compactness that makes it ideal for travel, attaching to a bag, or storing in the side pocket of a backpack without taking up valuable space.
Construction and Adjustment
The structure consists of three aluminum segments that assemble quickly thanks to a self-locking system: no screws to tighten, no mechanism to calibrate. Once opened, the pole adjusts in length from 110 to 135 cm via progressive adjustment notches, adapting to different heights and terrain slopes — shortened for ascents, lengthened for descents.
Handle and Grip
The handle is made of ERGO foam, a material that absorbs vibrations and reduces fatigue during longer outings. The adjustable strap allows the wrist loop to be precisely fitted to the hand, improving pole control without overtightening the wrist.
