DESCRIPTION
The Atomic BCT Touring Carbon SQS is Atomic's top-of-the-range telescopic pole for ski touring: an aluminum and carbon hybrid, lightweight, stiff and compact.
Features
- Adjustable length from 95 to 145 cm with Power Lock locking, to adapt to the slope
- SQS (Safety Quick Release System): the strap releases automatically when under tension, to prevent injuries
- Hybrid aluminum 5* and carbon 6* shaft
- Elongated EVA BCT grip to hold the pole lower when traversing
- Pre-shaped and padded touring strap, 85 mm touring washer and carbide tip
- Reflective logos for outings in the dark
Fit
One-size telescopic. Atomic guide for downhill length: height 153-164 cm → 110, 159-171 → 115, 167-179 → 120, 173-186 → 125, 180-194 → 130, 187-200 → 135. For ski touring, the ideal downhill length is the one that, with the tip on the ground, brings the elbow to about 90°; when going uphill, it is advisable to shorten them when traversing.
