DESCRIPTION
The CAMP GT is a full climbing harness developed from a scientific approach to suspension safety. CAMP developed this product based on the "SOSPESI" research program, a specific study on suspension trauma—a serious condition that can occur when hanging in a harness for prolonged periods without the ability to move. The result is a padding system designed with varying thicknesses and densities, calibrated to correctly distribute pressure across each area of the body: waist, leg loops, and back work differently to reduce critical compression points.
Construction and Fit
The L-XXL size ensures broad morphological adaptability, making it suitable for those who need a more generous fit without compromising functionality. The balance between comfort and lightness makes it a solid choice for both crag sessions and extended multi-pitch climbing, where the time spent in the harness is significant.
