DESCRIPTION
Climbing Technology’s Otto M is a classic eight-shaped descender, hot-forged from a lightweight alloy: simple, robust and reliable, it is used for rappelling and for dynamically belaying the first climber in a rope team.
The M size is the most versatile in the range: it works with single ropes from 8.6 to 10.5 mm and with half ropes and twin ropes from 7.3 to 9 mm. Lightweight (108 g) and with a breaking strength of 30 kN, it is EN 15151-2 type 2 certified.
