L’Otto M di Climbing Technology è il classico discensore a otto, forgiato a caldo in lega leggera: semplice, robusto e affidabile, si usa per le calate in corda doppia e per assicurare dinamicamente il primo di cordata.
La misura M è la più versatile della gamma: funziona con corde singole da 8,6 a 10,5 mm e con mezze corde e corde gemellari da 7,3 a 9 mm. Leggero (108 g) e con carico di rottura di 30 kN, è certificato EN 15151-2 tipo 2.
