DESCRIPTION
Salewa Ortles Hybrid TirolWool Air Women's Vest is a lightweight insulating layer designed for mountaineering and ski touring, ideal for those tackling vertical terrain with varying thermal needs.
The vest features a hybrid construction that combines two zones with different characteristics:
- Front panel with TirolWool® Responsive insulation, a blend of Tyrolean wool and recycled polyester that regulates body temperature and continues to keep you warm even when damp.
- Back and sides in breathable softshell, which sheds excess heat during intense ascents, preventing overheating.
This balance between insulation and breathability helps maintain the ideal temperature both on the move and during breaks, avoiding the sudden temperature fluctuations typical of alpine activities.
The outer fabric is treated with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish, for environmentally friendly protection. Designed in the Dolomites for those who love vertical terrain.
