DESCRIPTION
The Leki Makalu FX Carbon is a carbon fiber telescopic trekking pole designed for demanding high-altitude trekking, with an adjustment range from 110 to 130 cm that makes it suitable for a wide range of heights and gradients. The carbon construction guarantees an excellent ratio between rigidity and low weight, reducing fatigue during long outings.
Aergon Air grip and locking system
The Aergon Air grip uses hollow chamber technology that combines an ultralight structure with large ergonomic contact surfaces. The head of the grip is completely rubberized, offering a secure grip even with gloves or sweaty hands. The anatomical profile distributes pressure evenly across the palm, reducing friction points during prolonged descents. The FX (Fusion Cross) locking system locks the length quickly and reliably without requiring tools, maintaining a stable adjustment even under load.
