DESCRIPTION
The Kong Triga is a telescopic trekking pole that stands out for an unusual design feature: the triangular cross-section of the shaft, a geometry that significantly increases bending stiffness compared to traditional cylindrical profiles, ensuring a more direct response on the ground during challenging descents.
Construction and adjustment
The body consists of three aluminum telescopic segments, with graduated adjustment notches that allow you to set the length quickly and precisely. The maximum length reaches 135 cm, making it suitable for a wide range of heights and uses. The telescopic system allows it to be easily collapsed for carrying in a backpack or attaching externally.
Grip and features
- Ergonomic grip in ERGO foam, which absorbs sweat and reduces palm fatigue during prolonged outings
- Integrated adjustable wrist strap for a secure grip in all conditions, both uphill and downhill
- Supplied with two types of interchangeable tips, to adapt the pole to different terrains: rock, hard-packed earth, and snow
The combination of the triangular shaft geometry and the chosen materials makes it a solid solution for those looking for a reliable pole on medium and high mountain trails, without sacrificing the practicality of telescopic adjustment.
