Salewa Helmet Holder
Salewa Helmet Holder - Grey / One Size is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Salewa Helmet Holder is a removable accessory designed to carry the helmet directly on the outside of the backpack, freeing up internal space and keeping the helmet immediately accessible during the activity. It attaches to the outside of the backpack using a dedicated fastening system, compatible with a specific selection of Salewa models.
Compatibility and mounting
The helmet holder integrates without modification with Salewa backpacks equipped with the appropriate attachment points. Supported models include:
- Randonnée 36, 32 and 30 BP — ski touring and alpine trekking backpacks
- Sella 26L and 24L — compact ski touring backpacks
- Ortles Wall 32 and 38 — climbing and via ferrata backpacks
- Ortles Guide 45 — high-capacity mountaineering backpack
Practical use
Attaching the helmet to the outside of the backpack is the most efficient solution in situations where the helmet is frequently put on and taken off: rock approaches, hikes with equipped sections, and ski touring with frequent transitions. The helmet holder prevents the internal volume of the backpack from being compressed and keeps the load stable during transport. Accessory sold separately, to be used exclusively with the Salewa backpacks listed to ensure the correct compatibility of the fastening system.
