Karpos Coppolo Merino W High Neck LS is a long-sleeve jersey in a merino wool blend, designed for women who live in the mountains every day and love being outdoors.
The fabric is made by blending merino wool fibers with elastane and nylon, a combination that offers an incomparable feeling of softness and comfort while ensuring breathability and moisture management. Thanks to the special structure of the merino wool yarn, the jersey also maintains anti-odor properties even after intense use.
A detail that sets this garment apart is the choice of raw material: the wool used is certified mulesing-free. Mulesing is a surgical practice, performed without anesthesia or antibiotic treatment, in which strips of skin and flesh are removed from the perianal area of merino sheep. A procedure so invasive that it can cause the animal's death, and is not always effective for its intended purpose. Karpos has consciously chosen a more expensive yarn that is animal-friendly, in line with a responsible and ethical production philosophy.
