Ortovox Freeride Long socks are technical tall socks designed for extended off-piste sessions in fresh snow. They are made from fine merino wool, a natural fiber that actively regulates body temperature and manages moisture by wicking sweat away from the skin—a crucial feature when alternating between intense ascents and descents in cold conditions.
Construction and technology
