DESCRIPTION
The Mountain Equipment Stretch Fleece Grip Glove is a lightweight thermal glove designed for aerobic activity in the mountains, where temperature management is more important than total protection from the cold. The stretch fleece fabric precisely adapts to the shape of the hand, eliminating annoying creases that form when gripping poles or equipment.
Construction and materials
The technical fleece composition ensures quick drying even after an intense sweating session, while maintaining a low weight that does not add to the overall equipment load. The silicone print on the palm adds reliable grip without stiffening the glove, allowing for a secure hold on wet or slippery surfaces — useful for trail running poles, fixed ropes, or light mountaineering equipment.
When to use it
This model is ideal as an activity glove: alpine trail running, fast hiking, uphill ski touring, or cycling in cool conditions. It also works effectively as a liner glove combined with a waterproof shell on more demanding winter outings. The stretchy fit makes it compatible with bulkier gloves layered over it without losing finger dexterity.
