DESCRIPTION
The Karpos Leggero Glove is a thermal glove designed for high-intensity aerobic activities in winter environments, where the balance between warmth and breathability is crucial. Ski touring, cross-country skiing, winter trail running, and snowy approaches are the contexts in which this glove best expresses its qualities.
Construction and materials
The palm is made of Polartec Wind Pro, a high-density fleece fabric that offers 99% more wind resistance than traditional fleece, while maintaining excellent breathability. The back of the glove uses a multi-directional stretch material that ensures full freedom of movement when planting poles or ascending with skins. The interior is lined with light thermal fleece, sufficient to retain heat during sustained movement without causing overheating.
Performance in motion
- High breathability: ideal for preventing moisture build-up during exertion
- Wind protection thanks to Polartec Wind Pro fabric on the palm
- Anatomical fit with a contoured cut that follows the natural shape of the hand
- Elastic cuff for optimal integration with jacket sleeves
The Leggero Glove is not a glove for prolonged stops in the cold: its intended use is active progression, where moisture management is as important as thermal insulation. In the Karpos range, it represents the technical choice for those looking for a race or training glove in Nordic and ski touring disciplines.
