DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Tikkina is a compact headlamp designed for those who need a reliable and immediate light source without unnecessary complexity. With an output of 300 lumens, it provides effective lighting for low-intensity activities such as reading in a tent, moving around a campsite at night, or managing evening routines at altitude.
Technical specifications
Its operation is deliberately simple: a single button controls switching on and adjusting the light intensity, making the Tikkina easy to use even for those unfamiliar with technical headlamps. The lamp is powered by 3 AAA batteries, which are easy to find anywhere in the world—a practical advantage during extended hikes or trips to remote areas.
- Maximum light output: 300 lumens
- Power supply: 3 AAA batteries (included)
- Compact and lightweight, suitable for carrying in a pocket or any backpack
- Adjustable beam for both close-range lighting and long-distance projection
- Certified IPX4 water resistance
When to use it
The Tikkina is an ideal backup headlamp for ski touring—useful during stops, at mountain huts, or when preparing equipment in the dark. Its compact size makes it easy to add to your kit without affecting the overall weight, while its robust construction ensures reliable performance even in damp and cold conditions.
