DESCRIPTION
The ATK Crest 10 is a touring ski binding designed for those seeking a reliable and versatile system, capable of adapting to both long ascents and satisfying technical descents. With an 86mm reference plate, it positions itself as a balanced solution between lightness and stability, compatible with most medium-width freeride and ski touring skis.
Construction and Power Transmission
The strength of the Crest 10 lies in its redesigned toe piece, which significantly improves boot-to-ski power transmission during descents, reducing the energy loss typical of lighter bindings. The heel piece guarantees a release DIN up to 10, making it suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers with demanding physical and technical profiles.
Uphill Features
- Magnetic heel risers: snap into place and adjust without removing gloves, reducing time loss during prolonged traverses
- Quick entry system into the binding for efficient ascent/descent transitions
- Dark Blue coloring with refined aesthetics, consistent with ATK's construction philosophy
A solid choice for those who tackle varied mountaineering routes and want a binding that doesn't compromise on either altitude or steep terrain.
- Ski Touring
