The Signal DryVent™ 2 is a women's hardshell jacket designed for mountaineering and high-altitude trekking, where weather conditions can change rapidly and there is little room for error. At the heart of the jacket is the 2.5-layer DryVent™ membrane, The North Face's waterproof and breathable technology with fully heat-sealed seams that eliminate any points of water penetration, even in heavy rain or prolonged snowfall.
Technical construction designed for the mountains
The fit follows alpine layering principles: the cut is compatible with wearing a backpack and climbing harness, without restricting shoulder mobility when moving over technical terrain. The high-positioned alpine chest pockets remain accessible even when wearing a backpack with a chest strap, while the waterproof zippers maintain the integrity of the protection in all conditions.
