Icepeak Barmstedt Softshell Men's Jacket
Icepeak Barmstedt Softshell Men's Jacket - Dark Olive / 46 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Icepeak Barmstedt is a men's softshell jacket designed for outdoor activities in variable weather conditions, where the compromise between protection from the elements and freedom of movement is crucial. The regular fit ensures a clean silhouette without restricting movement, suitable for both hiking and daily use in urban environments.
Technical performance
The softshell fabric offers a water column of 10,000 mm, sufficient to withstand moderate and prolonged rain without water penetrating inside. The integrated breathability of the material prevents overheating during physical exertion, maintaining a balanced internal microclimate. The wind flap on the front zip and the chin guard at the slider add constructive details that make a difference on windy days.
Construction details and adjustments
- Removable and adjustable hood, adaptable to the head shape with different tension points
- Adjustable cuffs with velcro to seal the sleeves in case of wind or rain
- Shaped and adjustable hem, longer at the back for optimal coverage during movement
- Two front zip pockets plus a sleeve pocket, to organize small accessories during activity
A versatile garment that covers well the interval between mid-seasons and unstable summer days at altitude, when a lightweight technical jacket is preferable to heavier solutions.
