The Dynafit DNA Wind is an ultralight wind jacket designed for trail running in windy conditions and moderate cold. When the route climbs onto exposed ridges or the temperature drops in the evening, a heavy shell would be excessive: this jacket is designed exactly for that window of use, offering protection without weighing down your gear.
Construction and materials
The DNA Wind is made from lightweight ripstop fabric with a DWR water-repellent treatment, which sheds droplets and wind without compromising breathability during intense activity. The construction is designed to keep weight to a minimum, making it compressible into a pocket-sized volume — ideal for carrying during races or long outings where the weather can change.
