DESCRIPTION
The sewn webbing loop Fixe Fosca 10 mm, measuring 80 cm long, combines lightness and strength thanks to the combination of two materials.
The central black part is made of HMPE (high-modulus polyethylene), an extremely lightweight material with very high tensile strength. The two edges are reinforced in polyamide, which is highly abrasion-resistant, with the color indicating the length (yellow for 80 cm). The safety stitching is also made of polyamide.
The stitching, on the edge and on the side, is finished to prevent snagging during maneuvers with carabiners; the Fixe logo is sewn on the side with rounded edges to avoid friction. With a strength of 22 kN, it withstands high impact loads and is versatile for extending protection, building quickdraws, or making alpine draws on rock.
Recommended for mountaineering, expeditions, ice climbing, and traditional climbing.
