Beal Rope Marker

DESCRIPTION
The Beal Rope Marker solves one of the most practical problems on the wall: accurately identifying the center of the rope during progression, without having to stop the climb to make visual estimates. The marker is specifically formulated for climbing ropes, with a composition that does not alter the fibers or stiffen the sheath coating, maintaining the rope's original softness and smoothness.
Formulation and mark durability
The formula is resistant to water and abrasion, an essential feature for those who climb in wet conditions or on wet rock, where an ordinary mark would fade after just a few outings. The mark maintains its visibility over time even with intensive use, reducing the need for frequent reapplication.
Applicator and compatibility
- The pen applicator distributes the liquid evenly, avoiding localized buildup that could compromise the sheath structure
- Compatible with ropes treated with dry technologies (including Beal's Golden Dry treatment), without degrading the water-repellent coating
- High-visibility color for immediate identification of the rope center even in low-light conditions
- Compact format, easy to carry in a backpack or rope bag
A simple yet technical accessory, designed for those who want to manage the rope precisely and safely without relying on makeshift solutions.
