DESCRIPTION
The Kong Ergo Anniversary Yellow is a sport climbing quickdraw made entirely in Italy, combining the proven geometry of the Ergo carabiners with updated technical features, including the new silicone Fast Rubber system.
Construction and materials
The two Ergo carabiners that make up the quickdraw are appreciated for their ergonomic shape, which makes them easy to open with one hand and position correctly on the wall. The Keylock system eliminates the carabiner nose, reducing the risk of accidentally hooking onto bolts, resin hooks, and webbing. The 13 mm Dyneema webbing, with a length of 12 cm, provides exceptional lightness and superior tear resistance compared to traditional nylon. The ultra-resistant silicone Fast Rubber locks the lower carabiner in the optimal position for inserting the rope, reducing twisting during clipping.
Use and certifications
Ideal for crags and bolted sport routes, this quickdraw stands out for its ease of clipping, even in awkward positions or under load. Its entirely Italian production ensures high-quality control throughout the entire supply chain. The yellow color of the Anniversary edition makes it easy to identify visually on the wall. Suitable for both gym and outdoor use on equipped routes, it is a solid choice for those seeking technical reliability and handling without compromising on weight.
