DESCRIPTION
The CAMP Orbit Express KS is a climbing quickdraw designed for intensive use, for those who don't want to compromise on durability. The upper and lower carabiners are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with a particularly thin nose featuring SphereLock geometry: this shape reduces the risk of accidental gate opening during falls or movements on the wall, increasing the overall safety of the system.
Technical Features
- 16 mm Nylon sling, 18 cm length
- Lower connector with KeyLock screw gate, which eliminates snags on the nose and reduces unintentional rope entanglement
- SphereLock geometry on the nose for maximum opening safety
- Optimized construction for wear resistance and prolonged use in crags and on sport routes
When to use it
The Orbit Express KS quickdraw in the 18 cm version is particularly suitable for routes with closely spaced protection or sections where the rope tends to change direction: the longer length reduces friction and facilitates progression. The Nylon sling ensures sufficient rigidity to insert the lower carabiner with one hand, even in awkward positions. It is a balanced solution between low weight, robustness, and safety for regular use in crags.
