The Ortovox All Mountain Mid Sock is a technical mountain sock built around a mix of Merino wool with a 21.5 micron yarn count: a particularly fine fiber that guarantees a soft, non-irritating feel against the skin while maintaining the elasticity and stability needed during demanding outings.
Construction and materials
The Merino wool selected by Ortovox is not just a choice for comfort: thanks to its natural thermoregulating properties, it keeps the foot warm even in typical high-altitude conditions, while managing moisture without retaining unpleasant odors. The Mid cut covers the ankle up to the mid-calf, offering additional protection at the contact points with the boot shell.
