DESCRIPTION
The CAMP Nano 22 is an ultra-light locking carabiner designed for sport climbing, mountaineering, and serial use where weight is a critical factor. Weighing only 22 grams, it is one of the lightest certified carabiners on the market without compromising structural performance.
Technical Performance
The high-strength aluminum alloy body offers a major axis strength of 20 kN, while the open gate strength has been increased to 9 kN, an exceptional value for this weight category. The nose design has been completely re-engineered compared to previous versions: it actively protects the gate from accidental impacts and reduces the risk of unintentional opening during falls or dynamic movements on the route.
Ergonomics and Reliability
- The body's curvature facilitates quick one-handed clipping, even in awkward positions or under duress.
- The locking gate ensures the opening is secured in critical situations.
- CE EN 12275 certification for use in mountaineering and climbing contexts.
- Weight: 22 g
- Purple color for quick identification on the wall or in the pack.
Ideal for those building a rack for multi-pitch routes or crags where every gram adds up, the Nano 22 allows you to reduce the overall weight of your equipment while maintaining certified safety standards.
