DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Tikkina is an entry-level headlamp designed for those new to the outdoors or seeking a reliable model for occasional use: hiking, camping, bivouacking, reading in a tent, or moving around a base camp at night.
Light Performance and Battery Life
The homogeneous light beam of 300 lumens ensures comfortable and uniform visibility, without annoying dark spots. Intensity management is done via a single button, allowing quick switching between different lighting levels. With reduced intensity modes, battery life is significantly extended, making the Tikkina suitable for multi-day trips.
Construction and Fit
- Powered by 3 AAA batteries (included), readily available everywhere
- Symmetrical elastic headband, adjustable and reversible to fit any headwear or helmet
- Compact and lightweight lamp body, for minimal bulk in a backpack
- Manually adjustable vertical beam orientation
The grey color makes it discreet and versatile. Despite its accessible positioning, the Tikkina maintains Petzl's typical build and optical quality: a solid choice for those who don't want to compromise on reliability for night outings or emergency situations.
