DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Tikka Core is the rechargeable version of the iconic Tikka headlamp, designed for those who engage in nocturnal outdoor activities and don't want to compromise on lightness and operational simplicity. With a maximum power of 450 lumens, it guarantees broad and reliable illumination for night hikes, ski touring, trail running, or bivouacs.
Technical Features
- Battery life up to 6 hours in maximum mode and up to 120 hours in minimum mode
- Rechargeable via integrated CORE battery (included), compatible with USB cable — goodbye disposable batteries
- Adjustable light beam with multiple intensity levels, featuring standard white mode and red mode to preserve night vision
- Low weight of approximately 75 grams with battery, thanks to the compact polymer casing
- Integrated phosphorescent reflector: absorbs ambient light and allows you to find the lamp in the dark without turning it on
- Adjustable strap with a snap system to fit helmets and hats
- IPX4 water resistance certified, suitable for rain and snow conditions
Why choose it for ski touring
When ascending before dawn or returning late, the Tikka Core proves to be a practical tool: the single button allows you to change modes even with gloves, without having to manage multiple controls. Its compactness makes it compatible with hardshell jacket pockets or minimalist ski touring packs. Its availability in the Brown color distinguishes it among seasonal versions and easily matches the aesthetic of winter mountain equipment.
