DESCRIPTION
The Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 120 CT GW is a high-performance ski touring boot designed for technical skiers who do not want to compromise on downhill control but also seek efficient uphill walking. The 4-hook micro-adjustable aluminum overlap construction ensures a precise and responsive fit, while the 50 mm power strap ensures leg lockdown during the most demanding phases.
Technologies and materials
The inner sole is insulated with 3M™ Thinsulate™, a highly thermally efficient synthetic fiber that keeps the foot warm even on the coldest days without adding unnecessary bulk. The upper is built around a narrow last, designed for those with a narrow foot who require direct contact with the boot for precise transmission of impulses to the ski. The 120 flex index places this model in the high-stiffness range, suitable for strong skiers who push decisively on all types of snow.
Uphill-downhill versatility
- Ski/walk mode with a dedicated lever for freedom of movement when ascending
- Compatible GripWalk sole for natural walking on mixed terrain
- Compatible with Alpine and Alpine Touring bindings !--nl-->
- CT (Cuff Tour) construction for optimized calf opening during progression on snow
It is the right choice for those tackling ski touring routes with technical downhill sections who want a single boot capable of performing as well on steep off-piste terrain as on groomed slopes.
Fit
Measurements in Mondopoint (MP): the number corresponds to the foot length in centimeters (e.g., 27 = 27/27.5). Measure your foot from heel to big toe, standing up and wearing ski socks, and choose the corresponding size; if in doubt, write to us before ordering.
