DESCRIPTION
The Atomic Hawx Prime XTD 120 GW is a freeride ski touring boot designed for those who refuse to compromise between uphill and downhill performance. With a 100 mm last, it sits in the mid-range and adapts well to most male foot shapes, ensuring support and comfort on long off-piste outings.
Construction and materials
The shell construction uses next-generation Prolite, a high-density polyurethane with an ultra-lightweight profile that reduces overall weight without sacrificing torsional stiffness. The 120 flex ensures precise and direct power transmission to the ski, making it suitable for groomed snow, firm off-piste snow, and challenging slopes. The GripWalk (GW) construction features a rounded heel sole that significantly improves walking on mixed terrain and is also compatible with MNC bindings.
Uphill and downhill features
- Walk mode with a rear opening for a more natural stride during the approach
- Hawx Feel system for a direct connection between the foot and ski when skiing downhill
