DESCRIPTION
Endura's MT500 D3O® Open Knee Pads are born from direct collaboration with elite riders like the Athertons, translating trail feedback into concrete protection for the most demanding enduro and downhill riding.
Protective Technology and Certifications
The core of these knee pads is the D3O® material insert, a smart polymer that remains flexible during normal movement but instantly hardens upon impact, effectively absorbing and distributing energy. The knee protection is EN 13594 Level 1 certified, which guarantees a real and measurable safety standard, not just a declared one. The open-back design reduces heat buildup behind the knee, maintaining ventilation during technical climbs and prolonged sessions.
Fit and Construction
- Elastic compression sleeve structure for a secure fit without additional straps
- Breathable mesh panels on the sides to promote airflow
- Low-profile and contoured design that does not interfere with pedaling or technical apparel
- Compatible with direct use over trail shorts or under long DH pants
The result is a knee pad designed for those who tackle aggressive trails without sacrificing mobility: certified protection, effective thermal management, and adaptability to the most varied off-road conditions.
