DESCRIPTION
The Contour Race 62 mm Skin Set is a complete ski touring kit designed for those who seek maximum glide on ascents without sacrificing the convenience of a ready-to-use system. The package includes 2 climbing skins, 135 cm long, with pre-assembled front tips, ready to be cut and adapted to the ski geometry.
Construction and materials
Contour's White Race line is developed for competitive disciplines and fast high-altitude touring. The 62 mm width is suitable for race and light touring ski touring skis with narrow geometries, ensuring uniform contact with the ski surface. The skin material blend is optimized to reduce friction during gliding while maintaining reliable grip on snowy slopes of various consistencies.
Key features
- Set of 2 complete skins, 135 cm long each
- 62 mm width, ideal for race and light touring skis
- Pre-assembled front tip for immediate use
- White Race high-glide material
- Customizable cutting to ski width
In practice, this set is particularly suitable for ski mountaineering races and fast outings where every gram and every second of transition counts. The simplified management of the pre-assembled tip reduces preparation time at the base of the ascent.
