Petzl Anneau 120 cm Sling
Petzl Anneau 120 cm Sling - Green is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Anneau 120 cm is a sewn sling made of high-tenacity polyester, designed for building anchors, belays, and extensions in sport climbing, big wall climbing, and mountaineering. With a deployed length of 120 cm, it offers the versatility needed to set up multi-point belays, reduce friction on rock protection, or create extensions on fixed anchors without resorting to additional knots.
Technical Features
The webbing is made of polyester resistant to abrasion and UV rays, a material that maintains its mechanical properties over time better than nylon in humid environments. The joint stitching is manufactured to Petzl standards and guarantees CE certified strength according to EN 566. Its low weight makes it easy to integrate into any personal protection system without adding excessive bulk to your gear.
Use and Versatility
- Construction of balanced two- or three-point belays in sport climbing and multi-pitch routes
- Extension of fixed anchors to reduce the load angle on the bolt
- Use as a static lanyard or auxiliary anchor sling
- Compatible with locking and HMS carabiners for secure attachment
The 120 cm length represents an intermediate size between the short 60 cm sling and the long 240 cm one, making it the most balanced choice for those seeking a single tool adaptable to most rock climbing situations.
