DESCRIPTION
The Kong ARO Bull is a high-strength textile anchor ring designed for creating reliable fixed points in climbing, technical rescue, and work at height contexts. The 80 cm version offers a versatile working length, suitable for both setting up belay stations and extending complex anchoring systems.
Construction and visual inspection
The ring is made of high-tenacity textile webbing with a color-coded system by length, allowing for immediate identification in the field. The most relevant safety feature is the contrasting colored inner webbing: if external wear reaches the inner layers, the color change visually signals the need to replace the piece of equipment, making inspection quick even in low-light conditions or under operational stress.
Technical features
- Length: 80 cm
- High breaking strength, rated for high-load use
- Flexible construction that adapts to irregular anchoring geometries
- Color-coded system for quick identification among the various available lengths
- Contrasting inner webbing for visual wear inspection
- Custom versions available upon request
The flexibility of the webbing allows it to easily wrap around rocks, pillars, or metal structures, reducing critical load angles that can compromise the integrity of an anchor. A practical solution for those who need a reliable, inspectable, and ready-to-use piece of equipment in any vertical situation.
