DESCRIPTION
The CAMP Axion Light Fingerless is a fingerless glove designed for technical vertical activities such as via ferrata, sport climbing, and summer mountaineering, where hand sensitivity is as crucial as protection. Its differentiated construction combines two materials with distinct functions: the premium natural leather palm offers abrasion resistance and reliable grip on rope, rock, and steel, while the lightweight, breathable fabric back reduces heat buildup and ensures freedom of movement even during the most demanding maneuvers.
Construction and materials
- Premium natural leather palm for durability and grip
- Lightweight and breathable technical fabric back
- Fingerless design for maximum tactile sensitivity
- Elasticated wrist for a secure and adjustable fit
When to use them
The fingerless design makes this glove ideal in warm conditions or during prolonged approaches, where palm protection is needed without sacrificing grip precision. The combination of robustness and lightness also makes it suitable for use with harnesses and lanyards on equipped routes, where direct contact with metal elements can quickly wear down the skin. The elasticated wrist prevents unwanted slipping without restricting wrist movement.
