Construction and moisture protection
Beal's Unicore technology fuses the core and sheath through a continuous bonding process: in the event of a partial sheath cut, the core remains integral and the rope does not separate, maintaining its residual strength. The DRY Cover treatment waterproofs the outer sheath, reducing water absorption in wet conditions, on wet rock, or in winter environments—a feature that also preserves dynamic performance over time.
